A written assessment two grade levels above what they will teach. No calculator sympathy.
Live teaching demo
They teach a real concept to our panel, who deliberately play the confused student.
Background & reference check
Identity verification, criminal background check and two teaching references contacted.
Ongoing rating floor
Coaches must hold a 4.6+ parent rating. Below that they are coached, then removed.
